The Apparatus
Figure out the mysterious Apparatus and defend the Core. The Apparatus can summon creatures and buff them. But it's not very easy to operate. Here's some help:
Change the direction of the Apparatus' head.
Add mana to the Stack. | |
Operates on mana that is already on the Stack and increases its value by one.
Summon a single creature. Cost 1 mana. Bully is a tough melee creature. Spiky is a fast ranger that shoots spikes. Firebug charges towards enemies and explodes, dealing AOE damage.
Summon multiple creatures. You need to have two different manas on the Stack for this spell to work. It will summon as many creatures as a multiple of these two mana values. For example, if you have 2 and 2 manas, it will summon 4 creatures. If you have 3 and 5 - it will summon 15!
Makes your creatures go Berserk, increasing their power, speed and attack speed! Costs 2 mana.
The grow buff. Makes your creatures permanently grow in size and strength. It also costs two different manas, and affects a number of creatures that is a multiple of these two mana values, like summoning multiple creatures. |
Ah and don't forget, the machine overheats from working too hard. You can find your heat meter in the top left corner of the machine.
Use the basic cooler to drop some heat for free.
Use the advanced cooler to drop a lot of heat. Costs 1 mana. |
Hover over icons to remind yourself what all these cryptic things do.
Did we mention you can shoot fireballs? Left mouse button is your friend. Right mouse button will case a healing circle and help your creatures.
Build a circuit which can survive for 4 minutes and the Crystal Core will be yours.
